Careers Programme
CEIAG (Careers, Education, Information, Advice & Guidance) and Work Experience Overview
We encourage all of our students to develop high aspirations and to consider a broad range of different careers. We have a range of activities throughout the year for each student to take part in. We network with stakeholders in the world of work, and further education, to help them understand the choices they can make and how those choices can impact their careers.
We have a careers framework that is linked to student outcomes and is based on the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks.
CEIAG is woven throughout our curriculum and there are certain areas which are addressed at specific stages and in specific year groups.
