Personal Development is at the heart of everything is we do; each young person is unique, and full of potential. We believe it is our role to provide the right conditions for them to thrive and grow, becoming the best possible version of themselves. These conditions will vary from young person to young person, depending on their need.

We offer a calm, nurturing and accepting environment where students can develop into young adults that can hold their heads high and take their place in society. The whole curriculum supports this process of unleashing potential, and there is a particular role for PSHE and citizenship, relationship education and science in encouraging learners to have healthy relationships and a healthy lifestyle. We offer a wide range of Interventions and Enrichment activities to create an exciting and challenging experience for our young people.
