These new members of the senior leadership team will work together with our existing team to ensure that Riverside Meadows St Neots and Riverside Meadows Wisbech Green both have continuity in place for staff, pupils and overall leadership. 

It is with great pleasure that I can now introduce them to you: 

Simon Wall
Co-Head Teacher

Simon will be the Co-Head Teacher for Wisbech Green and comes to us with a wealth of experience from his previous role as a Head Teacher at a residential special school. 

Karen Smith 
Deputy Head Teacher

Karen will be based at Wisbech Green but will work across both schools. Karen comes to us following success as a senior leader in other SEMH provisions.

 
Simon and Karen will introduce themselves to you in due course but for now I am sure you will join me in welcoming them to Riverside Meadows Academy and Horizons Education Trust.
